Come join us at Bailey Farm Christmas Trees as we continue our Choose & Cut family tree cutting tradition or visit our Retail lot. We are open for the season each year starting on the first Friday after Thanksgiving (see the ‘HOURS’ webpage for days/times). We havea selectionof Balsam Fir, Fraser Fir, and Blue Spruce that you can choose from.
Balsam Fir Strong branches and soft needles, a straight stem and dense, soft, lush, dark green foliage make this one of the most desirable for use as a Christmas tree. Balsams have the scent that make most people think of Christmas trees!
Fraser Fir Physical characteristics similar to balsam fir but slower growing with excellent needle retention and good resistance to early spring frosts. These beautiful trees have soft but firm medium to dark-green needles with a silvery underside. The fresh cut aroma lasts and lasts.
Colorado Blue Spruce Classic pyramid shape and very strong branches to support heavy ornaments and good needle retention make this tree a popular choice for many. This tree species color can range from medium green to those beautiful pale blue trees called "shiners". If you don't mind the sharp needles, this makes a great Christmas tree.
